It is my belief that a house should reflect a families way of living, their tastes, interests, ambitions, desires and a synergy between all who dwell in it. At Dimensional Graphics, I strive to achieve these goals with each and every client I work with. My goal when the plans have been completed is to have drawn what the client desires and not what I want to design. It is the owners house and their life and therefore I encourage the participation of my clients in every aspect of the drawings. It should be a reflection of you and your family.

I use the latest in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, which allows me to enter critical data about every aspect of the house I design for you. Examples of such information could be the make, model, stock number and price for each and every door and lockset that has been speced in your home. This allows both you and I to know the exact total cost of those items before they are even purchased. Building Information Modeling also allows me to create a 3D rendering of your home before it has been constructed allowing you to see the different finishes with in the house. This is a great advantage for you because it allows you to see, for example a certain color tiled floor and determine if it is the color and style that you desire. This concept can be applied to every single aspect of your house. What you then end up with is a home that reflects your every wish and desire and leaves you not wishing you had chosen a different tile, paint color or window style, because you will have already seen what they look like in the BIM Model.
